We will be departing from 4531 Travis Street, Dallas, TX 75205 (next to Wild About Harry's new location). Look for our sign and stand area. You will receive specific instructions regarding the loading location for your tour in the confirmation email upon booking your reservation.
Vis-a-Vis Carriage = $185 seats up to 6
Cinderella Carriage = $215 seats up to 6
Limo Carriage = $310 seats up to 10
Wagons = $310 seats up to 14
Q. What size Carriage should I book for my tour?
A. Standard Carriages and Cinderella Carriages hold 4-6 average size adults (Children 2+ will require to have their own seat), where as our wagons can hold up to 14 average size adults. If your party is larger than 14, we can accommodate with double bookings.
Q. What time should I arrive for my reservation?
A. You will need to arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time, at the loading location. This allow us to ensure all rides are on time for our guests.
Q. What if I decided to bring a friend or family member last minute to join us for the ride?
A. All Carriages have to operate under specific guidelines for weight capacity in order to be in compliance with safety standards. We will not accept any additional parties based on these guidelines.
Q. Can I bring my own blankets, food, and or beverages for my ride?
A. Four Winds Carriage Company will provide 2 blankets per carriage. Please feel free to bring additional blankets to stay warm if you would like. December in Texas can be cold. Please dress yourself and children accordingly to stay warm for the hour long tour.
We will allow food and beverages, to include alcoholic beverages. Please be respectful to both our drivers and carriages to help maintain cleanliness throughout your tour and for the tours to follow.
Q. How much should I tip my driver?
A. Gratuity is NOT included in your reservation fee. It is customary to tip between 10% to 20% of the cost of your tour. Please share some holiday cheer with your driver when tipping.
Cancellations or changes cannot be made within 3 days of your scheduled reservation. If you must cancel or change your reservation within 3 days of your scheduled ride, Four Winds Carriage Company will not refund the cost of the reservation. All changes or cancellations prior to the 3 day cut off are subject to a fee of 25% of the cost of the reservation. Cancellations cannot be made by calling Four Winds Carriage Company and must be made via email.
Cancellations due to weather is at the discretion of Four Winds Carriage Company. Safety is our first priority. Though it may seem safe for operating a carriage in Dallas, we must also consider the weather for the larger North Texas region for the length of the night as our horses, many of our drivers and customers are traveling from out of town. Should we determine to cancel due to weather, we will make every attempt to contact you by 2 pm the day of your ride using the contact information provided at time of reservation. Four Winds Carriage Company is not responsible for contacting customers by any phone numbers or emails not listed in the reservation. Upon cancellation of a reservation by Four Winds Carriage Company due to weather or any other unforeseen event, we will make every attempt to reschedule your ride during the current season. If this is not possible, an automatic refund will be issued. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Four Winds Carriage Company is not responsible for displays of decorations and lights in Highland Park.
Four Winds Carriage Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason; all fees and charges will apply. By making a reservation with Four Winds Carriage Company, the reservation holder and guest agree to HOLD HARMLESS Four Winds Carriage Company LLC Employees, Contractors, or Partners.
UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES.
