Cancellations or Changes: Reservations are subject to our 5 day cancellation/change policy. If you must cancel your reservation within 5 days of your scheduled ride, Four Winds Carriage Company will not refund the cost of the reservation. Cancellations prior to the 5 day cut off are subject to a fee of 35% of the cost of the reservation. Changes to your reservation are subject to a $25 reservation change fee. Changes to your reservation cannot be made within 5 days of your scheduled reservation. Cancellation or Change requests must be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations cannot be made by calling.
Cancellations due to weather is at the discretion of Four Winds Carriage Company. Safety is our first priority. Though it may seem safe for operating a carriage in Dallas, we must also consider the weather for the larger North Texas region for the length of the night as our horses, many of our drivers and customers are traveling from out of town. Should we determine to cancel due to weather, we will make every attempt to contact you by 2 pm the day of your ride using the contact information provided at time of reservation. Four Winds Carriage Company is not responsible for contacting customers by any phone numbers or emails not listed in the reservation. Upon cancellation of a reservation by Four Winds Carriage Company due to weather or any other unforeseen event, we will make every attempt to reschedule your ride during the current season. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your bank to post the refund to your account.
By making a reservation with Four Winds Carriage Company, the reservation holder agrees to the refund policy.

Four Winds Carriage Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason; all fees and charges will apply. By making a reservation with Four Winds Carriage Company, the reservation holder and guest agree to HOLD HARMLESS Four Winds Carriage Company LLC Employees, Contractors, or Partners.
UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES.
ZERO-TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY
Four Winds Carriage Company has a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding drugs and alcohol.
Four Winds Carriage Company, LLC is committed to protecting the safety, health and well-being of all customers, employees, and other individuals in our workplace. We recognize that alcohol abuse and drug use pose a significant threat to our goals. We have established a drug-free workplace program that balances our respect for individuals with the need to maintain an alcohol- and drug-free environment.
